Insurance Information
We accept select insurance plans including but not limited to: BC/BS, Cigna and United Health Care. We also contract with a home health agency to provide services to children that have TennCare, Amerigroup, and Americhoice as their insurance.
If you would like to schedule an appointment or have any questions, please contact referrals@feltztherapy.com. Our Referral Specialist is happy to check your insurance benefits to determine whether or not the service is covered under your plan. If therapy is not a covered benefit, a “prompt payment” discount is offered for private clients that pay at the time services are rendered.
